While searching online, I came across a lot of beauty tips that I wanted to share with my viewers and fellow bloggers! Some of these you may already know, but I wanted to list them and maybe remind you of a few ones you might have forgotten or needed to be reminded of! Here we go!
*Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Helps reduce puffy eyes in the morning.
*To help prevent puffy eyes, prop your head up on two pillows when you go to sleep. Gravity is your friend when it comes to fluid retention.
*Skipping meals can cause you to age faster. Eat up ladies!
*Regular massaging and kneading cellulite areas can help break down fat.
*Crush Advil, mix with water to create paste (or an Advil gel capsule) and leave on acne over night
*Remember to cleanse, tone and moisturize every morning and evening, to make sure you stop the signs of premature aging.
*When blow drying you hair, always finish with a one minute blast of cool air. This helps shine!
*Beer is a good conditioner for hair.
*Exfoliate your face with one Kiwi. Peel and mash it, rub it on your face in a circular motion for 60 seconds.
*To boost volume or disguise your roots, zig zag your part or move it to the opposite side.
*File your nails in one direction instead of back and forth as it may cause splitting and peeling of the nails.
*Mix cherries and pomegranate seeds and apply as a mask to the skin for about 6 minutes. This helps to brighten skin.
*For shiny and healthy hair, mash up an avocado, nix with a Tbsp of olive oil and rub through your hair. Wash after 15 minutes.
*The face, neck and hands all show the signs of aging first! Pay special attention to those parts when moisturizing.
*One of the secrets to glowing skin is exfoliation one to two times a week. Helps keep those wrinkles away!
*Don’t blow-dry sopping-wet hair. You’ll need to use high heat, which will lead to damage. Blot with microfiber or terry cloth towels first.
*To heal a pimple quickly, apply tea tree oil on a pimple every few hours and apply vitamin E oil on the spot about one hour before bedtime.
*Nail brightener-Dip fingers in hydrogen peroxide three to five minutes. Do a quick rinse with water. Taa-daa!
*Not removing your makeup before you sleep=future wrinkles and acne
*For soft lips, mix a few drops of Vaseline and lemon juice and apply on the lips at night. Wash them in the morning.
*For long eyelashes, apply a thin coat of castor oil every night. It strengthens lashes and cools your eyes.
*Peppermint oil plumps lips.
*Want to get rid of a pudgy chin? Rub a caffeine-rich cellulite cream along the entire jaw line.
*NEVER tug on the skin below your eyes. If you need to “wipe” something away, just pat it gently. Pulling on the skin below.
*Glowing skin: Massage face daily at night with almond oil and honey mixture and wash it with cold water after a few minutes.
